Programs

The Society has identified 6 high priority areas which requires in-depth research and S&T based interventions in the State of Assam. These includes the problems and issues concerning environmental pollution and health, understanding the recurring floods, landslides, etc, ecological processes occurring at the ecosystems level, biodiversity assessment and species conservation, developing and adopting robust environmental policies for achieving SDGs and finally optimizing the delivery of environmental education among the masses. Accordingly, the following 6 programs were designed:
