Pollution casts a shadow over Assam's natural beauty. Industrial emissions, agricultural waste, and plastic pollution contaminate the air, water, and soil, posing serious health risks to both humans and wildlife. The mighty Brahmaputra, once a life-giving artery, now carries the burden of pollution, impacting the intricate web of aquatic life.

Ecosystems are under strain. Deforestation, encroachment, and unsustainable practices disrupt the delicate dance of nature. The one-horned rhino, a symbol of Assam's pride, faces habitat loss and poaching threats. Migratory birds find their stopover points vanishing, disrupting their ancient journeys.

Natural hazards like floods and earthquakes pose a constant threat. Climate change intensifies these events, displacing communities and jeopardizing livelihoods. Assam's people, who have always lived in harmony with nature, now find their resilience tested by these environmental upheavals.
